I’ve Missed You

Dark Mouse has 6 different items (some sets) in lucky boards at the main store.  I stalked them for a few hours and won several lovely things.  Filthy continues to amaze me with their group gift skins, and the latest is worth the price of group membership all on it’s own.  The prim feet from JeSyLiLO for the Mushroom Hunting Hunt are fun, but not terribly practical. They are not tintable or scripted for color change, so they work best if you get lucky and they just happen to match your skin, or in an outfit like this, where the joint won’t show.  I don’t own a lot of prim feet though and appreciated the opportunity to try them out.

This 50L Friday hair from Clawtooth was the inspiration for a colorful retro look.  The clutch from Milk Motion,  and the Thimbles dress and Split Pea headband (which was just made for this hair) are all part of today’s Fifty Linden Friday.   The fun sunglasses are a gift from Glow Studio (part of a three pack), and the pearls are the Jewlery Fair gift from Dark Mouse.   The shrug is an oldie from Project Kiwi, who announced their return this week (YAY!).  Not a lot of new material yet, but I’m excited to have them back.  The shoes are mine and will be gift for an upcoming Halloween event.  More info to come.

The Seasons Hunt – Fall

We got a little preview of the Season Hunt gifts, maybe because we have a bit of an in with the hunt organizer, Hallie.     This is gonna be an awesome hunt, with some of the best designers in SL participating.  The hunt runs September 25th-October 9th and you can see all the details and participating stores at the official blog.  This hunt is not circular, just follow the stores as you want, from the list on the blog, or by joining the in world group, The Seasons Hunt(ers) Group.  We don’t have all the prizes yet, but here is a sampling!

The Seasons Hunt Blog 

Not so pink

This post started with a couple items from the Think Pink hunt.  The final result turned out not pink at all.  I started with the tank, which is part of the gift from WOE.  The pants that come with this tank are pink, but I went in a different direction.  I do wish the tank had a tuck in option, but regardless, you can see the quality of WOE’s work.
